Yours can too.
The Zendesk Notion integration lets you pull live support data directly from your Zendesk account into Notion using Note API Connector. Whether you are tracking open tickets, building a customer support dashboard, reviewing agent workload across groups, or maintaining a record of organizations and requesters, this integration keeps your Notion databases in sync with Zendesk automatically.
With Note API Connector you can sync Zendesk with Notion on a fully automated schedule (hourly, daily, or at custom intervals) without writing a single line of code. Grab your Zendesk API token, choose a Notion database, map the fields visually, and your data flows into Notion on autopilot from that point forward.
How to connect Zendesk to Notion
Connect your Notion workspace
Click Connect to Notion, authorize Note API Connector, and select the pages and workspace where your Zendesk data should appear.
Get your Zendesk API token and create your request
In Zendesk Admin Center, go to Apps and integrations > APIs > Zendesk API, enable token access if needed, and add a new API token. In Note API Connector, click Create Request and paste your Zendesk endpoint URL, for example https://yoursubdomain.zendesk.com/api/v2/tickets (replace yoursubdomain with your own Zendesk subdomain). Zendesk uses HTTP Basic authentication, so open the Authorization tab, select Basic, enter [email protected]/token as the Username (note the literal /token suffix), and paste your API token as the Password. Give the request a name and click Run.
Choose your data and map fields
In the Response Field Mapping screen, select which Zendesk fields to include - such as ticket subject, status, priority, requester, or organization name - and map each one to a Notion property. You can match existing properties, create new ones, or set the field type. Click Save & Import when you're done.
Set your sync schedule and go live
Enable Auto Schedule and choose your refresh interval. Your Zendesk data will sync with Notion automatically from that point forward, with no manual refreshes needed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Zendesk provides a REST API (v2) that exposes tickets, users, organizations, groups, and a unified search endpoint. Note API Connector connects to this API directly using an API token to pull your Zendesk data into Notion on a scheduled basis.
In Zendesk Admin Center, open Apps and integrations > APIs > Zendesk API and add a new API token. In Note API Connector, connect your Notion workspace, click Create Request, and paste a Zendesk endpoint URL such as https://yoursubdomain.zendesk.com/api/v2/tickets. Open the Authorization tab, select Basic, enter [email protected]/token as the Username, and paste your API token as the Password. Select your Notion database, map the fields visually, and run the import.
The Zendesk API uses HTTP Basic authentication with a special username format. In Note API Connector, enter these into the Username and Password fields under the Basic authorization tab.
