What counts as a run?

A run occurs when Note API Connector sends an API request—either manually by clicking Run or automatically via a scheduled request.

When an API request is processed, Note API Connector transforms the response into records based on your configured response field mapping. The total number of records after processing determines how many records are used for that run.

What happens if I exceed my plan’s limits?

If you exceed your request limit, API calls will be paused until the next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan at any time to continue using the service without interruption.
