Connect your Notion workspace
Click Connect to Notion, authorize Note API Connector, and select the pages and workspace where your Ontraport data should appear.
Get your Ontraport API key and App ID, then create your request
In Ontraport, go to Administration > Integrations > API Instructions and Key Manager and click New API Key to generate a key. Note this key and your App ID (also called your Site ID), both shown on that same page. Ontraport does not use Bearer or Basic authorization, it requires two custom headers on every request. In Note API Connector, click Create Request, paste your Ontraport endpoint URL, for example https://api.ontraport.com/1/Contacts, then open the Headers tab and add two headers: Api-Key set to your API key, and Api-Appid set to your App ID. Give the request a name and click Run.
Choose your data and map fields
In the Response Field Mapping screen, select which Ontraport fields to include - such as contact name, email, transaction amount, or task due date - and map each one to a Notion property. You can match existing properties, create new ones, or set the field type. Click Save & Import when you're done.
Set your sync schedule and go live
Enable Auto Schedule and choose your refresh interval. Your Ontraport data will sync with Notion automatically from that point forward, with no manual refreshes needed.
