The Square Notion integration lets you pull live point-of-sale and payments data directly from your Square account into Notion using Note API Connector. Whether you are tracking daily sales, monitoring customer records, reviewing invoices, or managing your product catalog, this integration keeps your Notion databases in sync with Square automatically.
With Note API Connector you can sync Square with Notion on a fully automated schedule (hourly, daily, or at custom intervals) without writing a single line of code. Grab your Square access token, choose a Notion database, map the fields visually, and your data flows into Notion on autopilot from that point forward.
How to connect Square to Notion
Connect your Notion workspace
Click Connect to Notion, authorize Note API Connector, and select the pages and workspace where your Square data should appear.
Get your Square access token and create your request
Sign in to the Square Developer Console, open your application, and go to the Credentials tab. Copy the Production Access Token (this is a personal access token tied to your own Square account, so no OAuth app setup is required). In Note API Connector, click Create Request and paste your Square API endpoint URL, for example https://connect.squareup.com/v2/customers. Open the Authorization tab, select Bearer Token, and paste your access token. Give the request a name and click Run.
Choose your data and map fields
In the Response Field Mapping screen, select which Square fields to include - such as customer name, payment amount, order status, or invoice due date - and map each one to a Notion property. You can match existing properties, create new ones, or set the field type. Click Save & Import when you're done.
Set your sync schedule and go live
Enable Auto Schedule and choose your refresh interval. Your Square data will sync with Notion automatically from that point forward, with no manual refreshes needed.
